Training
Training and development are established means of building better performance (through improved skills, team-working and motivation). 

Our focus is on a practical approach to core business skills and personal development, currently including:
  • Introduction to Strategy - providing a reliable framework to release aims, delivery and transformation success
  • Business Cases - helping you pursue evidence-based investment decisions with greater clarity, less risk and stronger consensus
  • Persuasion - helping you build more compelling arguments (from problem definition, through evidence development and tips for landing your arguments)
  • Understanding your personality (MBTI ®) - this session explores how different types of people prefer to act at work and home.  We start with the participants' individual profiles and then agree with you 2-4 further themes (such as working in teams/change/well-being) to explore to support your needs.

Most of our sessions follow a one-day format for groups, as we seek to balance:
  • The introduction of ideas, with enough theory to help you, but without labouring the jargon
  • The opportunity to try ideas out in a comfortable environment
  • The fact that your time is precious, so the days are quite intensive.
A handbook accompanies each session.
